* Core Godly Play Training - March 2024  Core training follows an action/reflection model of learning with a mixture of trainer-led presentations and participant storytelling presentations. Core training plenary presentations cover: the Spirituality of the Child, Setting up a Godly Play Environment and Supporting the Circle of Children. March 2024

* Montessori Early Childhood Teacher Credential, American Montessori Society - June 2022 

The Adult Learner develops the knowledge required of the Montessori Early Childhood Teacher through Montessori Philosophy, Montessori Pedagogy, Environmental Design, and Child, Family, & Community courses. The Adult Learner develops the rationale for why and how the curriculum is implemented through Observation, Personal Growth & Development, and Program Leadership courses in addition to Child Development.

The knowledge and rationale gained in the course components are applied and deepened through the experience of the nine-month practicum/student teaching.

* Montessori Infant Toddler Teacher Credential, American Montessori Society - June 2020

* Holds a Business Administrations Degree from San Jose State University, (with a concentration in Management Information Systems and a Minor in Spanish) Class of 1999. 

* Course work in child development includes 12 aggregate university units for the minor degree in Child and Adolescent Development at San Jose State University. 

* Volunteered with the Mini-Corps Migrant Teacher Assistant Program as a summer teacher aid for two consecutive years at Taft Elementary School and Hoover Elementary School in Redwood City.

Volunteer: 

* Currenlty volunteers a director and teacher for the Religious Education Program at Christ Child Catholic Church

* Childcare UNION 521 - CAT Leader & Election Interim Committee Member

* Volunteered as a catechist teacher for the Spanish/English school at Mt. Carmel Catholic Church.  (2009-2011)

* Graduate from Women's Initiative for Self Employment a State of California Senate Certificate of Recognition, 2010.
